Wow AMD's support is getting bad and hard to useĪnyway for my older 68 cars with windows 7 I still use 13.12 seems to be the most stable for my use and needs over any of the newer drivers I tried

I'd really appreciate some tips and ideas as to what to do, but for now, I have just unplugged the machine and left it alone, as I am afraid to further attempt anything. Switching back to the vga on the mb, I figured that maybe I should download them first after getting no signal, but now that I can't get a signal at all, I'd say I am in trouble. I then reverted to using the VGA port on the mb, but then I also got no signal.Īfter I installed the new card, I had planned to go to the AMD site and download the software and drivers and then be off and running. I made sure the fan was spinning on the card and made sure computer was running, and it all seemed fine, except still no signal from the newly installed card.After another attempt, and fearing something may be wrong, I powered down the system and removed the card completely. I turned on the computer again, and same issue. I powered down the machine and made sure the card was in correctly, and it appeared so. I installed the card into my machine (HP DC5850), but upon turning the computer on after I placed the card in (taking the vga cable and plugging it into the new port/adapter on the card), all I got was a black screen, as my monitor said no signal. I recently purchased off of ebay ( from trusted computer seller with 100 rating ) a low profile Radeon 6350 graphics card (no install disc), the seller states that it has been tested and works.
